Emile Yanaki Taban is the Programme Officer for ACCORD’s SSI. Taban lived in Sudan (South and North) throughout his childhood during the civil war before moving to Uganda and later Egypt and the UK in pursuit of education. Taban has a first degree in Political Science, with a specialisation in International Relations and a minor in Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations and Human Rights.
