Luckystar joined ACCORD in June 2012 as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a six month period. She read a Masters Degree (2011), obtained with distinction,  from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy. Luckystar will be responsible for, among other duties, research aimed at contributing to wider knowledge production on the continent.  She hopes to continue working in the conflict resolution/management field in the future.
