Goodness Nompilo Dube joined ACCORD on 1 December 2011 in the position of Finance Assistant, and left in June 2015. She studied at the Durban University of Technology and obtained a Diploma in Financial Accounting and BTech in Taxation in 2005, and is a South African. Prior to her employment at ACCORD, she was working for a manufacturing company as a Junior Accountant for 5 years.
Goodness’ main responsibility was to assist the Finance Team in order to fulfil the Departmental duty of providing financial support to all the different divisions of ACCORD, which included tasks such as Creditor account reconciliations, data processing on Pastel, record keeping, etc. Goodness said that she found working at ACCORD interesting because of all the activities the institution conducts and participates in for peacemaking, peacekeeping and peace building in our continent.
