The LSE’s WPS Centre recently published a report produced by Dr. Sheri Labenski and titled The Right to Reparations for Sexual and Gender-Based Violence.
It highlights some important policy and legal issues and risks that should be taken into consideration in order not to confuse the Global Survivors Fund (GSF) with reparations for to do so risks undermining the right of victims to reparations.
