Andreas Hirblinger is a senior research fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). He is the author of ‘Digital Peacebuilding? The Socio-Technicality of Transforming Armed Conflict’, published with Oxford University Press. His research contributes to the peace and security cluster of the Norwegian Center for Trustworthy AI.
