Asmare Shetahun Alemneh is a lecturer and researcher in the college of social science and humanities, department of Civic and Ethical Studies, Arba Minch University, Ethiopia. The author has completed MA Degree from Hawassa University and has peace and conflict studies as one of the interesting field. He has publications and is presently workings on many more papers. His other areas of specialisation include BA in Civic and ethical studies from Bahir Dar University.
