Francis was the former Senior Program Officer of ACCORD’s Central African Republic (CAR) Programme. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Anthropology and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Bangui. He is passionate about governance issues and the organisation and functioning of civil society. He has a proven technical capacity that has he developed through a wealth of practical experience. He has held various positions in nationally and internationally organisations that, among others, include working as an International Consultant for Grant Management Solution (GMS) in Central, West and East Africa, an Economic and Social Adviser to the Central African Economic and Social Council, an Advisor to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, a Consultant for the United Nations Population Fund in CAR, and a Consultant for United States Institute of Peace and many other professional experiences.
