Is an expert on Electoral processes, peacebuilding, and Political Parties. He received a M.Sc. on Community Development from FGU (USA) and Public Administration from ISRI (Mozambique). He serves as Vice-President of Global Partnership For Multiparty Democracy (GPD) and Executive Director of Institute for Multiparty Democracy (IMD-Mozambique). Over 20 years of work on Political Party Capacity Building, Democratic Reforms, Electoral processes and peacebuilding process. He has made publications in the field of Democracy, Peacebuilding and Corruptions. Currently involved on IMD Initiative for the Monitoring of the Government Emergency Measures on the Combate of COVID in Mozambique.
