Over 15 years of experience in the field of management and consultancy in public administration. In the last two years has been embraced the challenge of working in project management linked to the monitoring of governance, decentralization, democratic reforms and electoral processes. In the electoral context, he has worked on the process of strengthening the capacity of political parties and election observers with a view to promoting greater efficiency in the electoral monitoring process. He is an expert and has made articles and some publications in the area of COVID-19 in Mozambique. Qualification. degree in Public Administration since 2006.
