Saran Sidime is an intern with the Special Projects Unit. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts (MA). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Religion, Ethics, and Politics at Harvard Divinity School in Cambridge, MA. Prior to her time at Harvard, Saran worked for governmental and non-profit organizations in Washington D.C. and the United States Senate in St. Paul, MN. Her areas of interests include the ethics of knowledge production on African conflicts; religious and ethno-political violence; the intersections of religion, culture and politics; and peacebuilding.
