Monthati Ntsoane is a Programme Administrator in the Programmes Department at ACCORD, having joined the organisation in September 2025 as an intern within the Peace Support Operations Cluster. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, majoring in Political Science and French, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in International Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is currently pursuing a Master of Social Sciences in International Relations. Passionate about community development, and social impact, Monthati has actively contributed to initiatives aimed at advancing community empowerment and innovation. Throughout her undergraduate and honours studies, she volunteered with organisations focused on creating sustainable social change, experiences that continue to shape and strengthen her commitment to inclusive development and transformative leadership.
